A hero is the founder of something new, universal, or unique.
Ex. Perseus slays the head of Medusa.
A myth is legendary stories and tales.
Ex. Demeter and Pershophone
The hero journey is the road of trials, battles, and obstacles, and transformation.
Ex. Perseus's quest for Medusas head.
Cyclical is reoccuring and has the same begging and end.
Ex. day and night, seasons
An Archetype is an original model.
Ex. The myth of Pangu and the egg.
Duality is two things that create a whole.
Ex. Light and dark
Creation is the Original bringing into the the existence of the universe.
Ex. egg, water, void
Cosmology is the dealing with stars and universe.
Ex. The big dipper, areis
Life from death is some sort of life that comes from the death of something else.
Ex. When Zeus kills Cronus and becomes king himself.
Universal applys to all, its worldwide, effects everyone.
Ex. Gods show emotions like the humans do.
Matriarchal is a foundation of female power.
Ex. Gaia(Mother earth).

Ex. Zeus as king of all gods in Greek mythology

Demeter and Persephone
Demeter and Persephone
Deep in the cold underworld Hades expresses his love for Persephone the lovely young daughter of Demeter. Demeter the goddess of corn had a very beautiful daughter named Persephone, the goddess of spring and summer. Persephone was young and luscious, this caught Hades the god of the underworlds eye. Hades captured Persephone and dragged her to the underworld where he forced her to be his love. Persephone would not eat and food because she knew that if she did she would have to stay with Hades. Eventually she decides to eat a pomegranate seed so she is forced to live with him for a few months a year for the rest of her life.
